General Tire Pressure Question18 Jan 2005 01:01 GMT4
Somewhere on the door of my Focus, it says that I should have 32 psi
pressure in all of the tires. For what temperature is that rating? Is it ok
to pump the tires up to 32 psi when it's really cold outside (like 10F
or -12C)?

ford se focus 2000 wagon stalls14 Jan 2005 19:12 GMT6
Drove across country just before the problem started using southern
states gas, not sure of any reason to suspect the gas other than the
poor fuel economy it seemed to produce.
Then had ignition cyl replaced by locksmith who beat the crap out of

Hi all.  I would like to change my tires which are currently 15 inch. Can I

work? Thanks Dave.
Oil in air to intercooler on TDCi - any ideas???12 Jan 2005 20:22 GMT3
Good morning!
Finally got around to tracing a minor oil leak on my TDCi Focus. It's coming
from the join between the hose and rigid pipe that connects the air side of
the turbo to the intercooler.

Coil spring warranty extension10 Jan 2005 15:35 GMT4
Just got a notice last week from Ford Motor Co saying they had extended the
warranty on their 2000-2003 model Focuses for the coil springs (up to 10
years or 150k miles).  Apparently the corrosion protection was inadequately
applied on many vehicles causing the spring to actually ...
Black Oil following Serivce09 Jan 2005 20:51 GMT5
Can someone tell me if it is normal for your oil to go jet black following
my car running for approx 4 miles after a service.
I have a focus TDCI and it was the first service it had - 11200 miles. It
just seems a little weird that the oil would change colour so quickly. Any

Smelt  a strong smoke when I was backing the car out the snow06 Jan 2005 19:47 GMT2
There was a storm in the city I live. This morning, I was trying to get the

car couldn't move but I smelt something, like rubber was burning, I think I
even saw smoke in the car. I don't know why but I was ...

Lumbar Support05 Jan 2005 00:41 GMT1
Just got my new ZX5 and love it. It's an 04. I do wish I had better
lumbar support in the seats though. Has anyone added this, or is it
even possable? Looks like from the manual that it is an option.
TIA
