| 2004 focus ZX5 electrical problem | 30 Dec 2005 23:03 GMT | 2 |
I own a 2004 ZX 5. (60,000 miles) I recently noticed that my instrument panel lighting is not lit up along with my parking lights and license plate lights. The headlights and fog lights work, and the brake lights work when the brake peddle is applied. I have checked

| accelerator pedal stuck | 28 Dec 2005 17:13 GMT | 1 |
I have an 05 Focus ZX4. A few days ago I noticed that when I get in to start the cold car, the accelerator pedal is stuck. It will not depress. I found the place where the cable from the pedal enters a black plastic housing at the driver-side front of the engine. A second

| Ford Focus Tires | 27 Dec 2005 05:08 GMT | 1 |
I am a newcomer to this website and I think it's great that there is something out here for all of us! I just bought a 2001 Ford Focus. Previously, I had a 1993 Nissan Altima. Last year I bought brand new tires for the Altima (205/60R15) from Conrad's. My Focus has (P195/60R15) from ...

| Anyone looked at a Fusion yet? | 25 Dec 2005 19:06 GMT | 8 |
When we bought our Focus wagon, we downsized from a Taurus wagon. That has always felt like too much of a reduction. I'm beginning to see Fusions on the road. That looks like the size of car I really want. Has anyone taken one for a spin? What did you think of it? I wonder if ...

| Heat not working | 23 Dec 2005 11:33 GMT | 20 |
I have a 2001 ZX3 that is giving me problems with the heat. I'm not getting hot air, just cold out unless I've been driving for at least 10-15 minutes. The temperature gauge says the engine is at normal temp so it's not because the engine hasn't warmed up yet. At when I am getting ...

| Compatible tire/rim sizes on 2003 ZTS | 23 Dec 2005 00:34 GMT | 4 |
I'm wanting to get some dedicated winter tires & rims for the vehicle. The originals are 205/50 - 16" and I was considering a narrower tire and rim (logically the narrower tire should find it easier to get through the snow - but please correct me if I'm wrong).

| 2000 focus: NO POWER LOCKS! | 22 Dec 2005 20:37 GMT | 2 |
Any of you experience all of the power locks failing? 150K miles on a 2000 Ford Focus Wagon. I'm thinking it's the locking module on passenger side under panel near right front door. Jeff

| loud throbbing vibration even when in park on 2000 Focus SE wagon | 20 Dec 2005 21:17 GMT | 6 |
I've got a 2000 Ford Focus SE wagon with about 90k miles on it now. For the last year it has been vibrating and humming or throbbing loudly. It seemed to only do it in the winter cold, but now does it all the time. The throbbing vibration starts just above idle and

Just took my T Reg Focus into Kwik Fit for a tyre & brake check. My front 2 tyres were changed and aligned and the bonnet was opened to check brake fluid. As I was driving away I pressed the radio button which changes from FM

I am suspecting a bad power hold relay on my 2000 ZX3 because of electrical gremlins. How do I test it to see whether it is bad or not? Ron

Well, I finally broke down and bought myself a Christmas present - new true winter tires for my Focus ZX5. Actually, they are on order and will take a couple of days to get here. Last year, I made do with the stock all season P6 but I noticed the traction control coming on all the ...
