my 97 has the strut tower, 98 + don't even have that. No mustang has subframe connectors. just exactly did they do to stiffen the convertibles. I keep hearing convertibles are slow because they are heavier. Where?

Don't buy from NPD (sorry if anyone here works there), but it fits TERRIBLY! not familiar with their other parts, as I haven't bought any (should I?), but I have to bash this thing with a hammer to fit.. And where the floor was flush against it, there are ridges from the torque
