While replacing my Quadrant/Cable the other day, I noticed (2) switches near the Clutch Linkage. I know the white one (on the far Left) is the Starter Safety switch, but what it the black one underneath the Quadrant for ??

I need to clean the MAF on my 96GT, but the torx screw has a *stud* in the center. Where can i get the correct tool? Also, is there anything to be especially careful of when cleaning it? Thanks

I've always been curious about this, but have never really gotten a straight answer. I had a an 88 LX 5.0 that was a barebones car. The only option it had was an automatic transmission.

All this time of owning my 2000 Mustang GT, I was convinced that the temperature gauge was an "idiot" gauge. It acted like a placebo always at the 1/2 way mark, and if my car ever got hot, I expected that I would immediately see lights and the gauge pegged in the red.
