Hoprseplower (sp on purpose) update14 Nov 2003 02:29 GMT1
Well Chris R.(also known here and there as "admin") sent me a nice
little email this evening threatening me with legal action for
contacting him using "his" own web based contact page on "his" web site.
I've sent off my own response, and I'll await his off-line reply. All
Rear Disc brakes on 60's stangs??14 Nov 2003 01:47 GMT1
Were rear disc brakes optional on any 60's Mustangs? A 67 coupe I'm looking
at says this was an option, but I don't think so. I expect its aftermarket,
and I'm sure the team here will set it straight quick.
Thanks
Question about spark plugs for '96 Cobra13 Nov 2003 21:37 GMT6
Anyone know more about this?
My manual calls for :
AWSF-32EE plugs with cylinders #1-4 suffix EG and cylinders #5-8 suffix E
I'm assuming the 2 different plugs have something to do with heat ratings.

2001 Mustang V-6 Exhaust13 Nov 2003 17:00 GMT1
Clear DayI have a 2001 V-6 Mustang Convertible.  I've made some
modifications to the intake system.  It's time to turn my attention to
improving the exhaust system.  The following list are my options.
1.  Only add a higher flow muffler (Flowmaster, Edelbrock, etc.)
9" rear end on a 66 mustang13 Nov 2003 15:43 GMT3
Ive heard good things about the 9" rear end and was wondering if it
would be a good upgrade for my 66 mustang? Down the road from my
apartment is a junkyard with a 1977 bronco. I think i read that in 77
the bronco came with the 9" rear end and i was wondering what i should

US Mustang to Europe (Netherlands)13 Nov 2003 08:52 GMT36
I'm definately moving back to Europe (the Netherlands) but will hate
leaving Pony behind. Even though with European gas prices it'll mean
she'll be a weekend driver only. :-( But hey, there's probably not any
94-98 Mustangs there anyway...
Removal of 2003 Mach460 head unit?13 Nov 2003 07:34 GMT2
I've removed all kinds of Ford stereos in the past by using the
U-shaped tools.  The stereo in my 2003 GT doesn't have the holes for
the tools, though, so how do people get these things out?  Is removal
of the surrounding trim required?  Thanks.

What's the best way to clean the MAF?13 Nov 2003 02:56 GMT8
My 2003 GT seems to be idling a little rough, fluctuating between 600-800
rpms.  Also during strong acceleration above 5000 rpms the check engine
light will flash for a minute or so and then disappear.  I have a cold air
intake with K&N filter, underdrive pulleys, timing adjuster ...
Cobra Stock Exhaust Vs. Flowmaster13 Nov 2003 02:47 GMT30
Hi...been contacted by a guy who has flowmaster exhaust installed on his '99
Cobra and wants to trade me even for the stock exhaust on my '99 cobra.  He
says it is too loud for him.  My question for the group, "is this worth my
time, is it louder than stock and would you do it?"
