Ford Rebates...what are they gonna be offering??05 Nov 2003 01:01 GMT2
OK, I made the mistake of leasing a stang back in 2001.  I have 5
payments left.
So, I start looking for an 04 over the weekend, and the guy tells me
that there is a rebate of $2000 going until December 1st.  He told me
Just for the fun of it...anyone want to appraise my car?04 Nov 2003 21:29 GMT33
I'll never sell what is now a family heirloom, but I'd be curious to see
what the car is worth:
The car was originally:
64 1/2 convertible, Wimbleton White, 260 V8, Automatic.

Hi, I went to look at a '88 gt and everything looked good.  Then I took it
out for a test drive and while I was driving it a little bit of smoke
started to come out of the ac/heater vents.  The guy who was selling it said
it was the heater hose.  Does this sound correct?  I dont see ...

2003 or 2004 Cobra Pricing X or A? Price Gouging!04 Nov 2003 00:37 GMT26
Ok, question on new Cobra pricing.
I think we have all heard the talk from time to time on special ford
pricing for "friends" or for "relatives of family employees".
Whats the real story on this?
Car Carriers $OUCH$03 Nov 2003 23:43 GMT9
Well, I called about ten of them. None less than $1200... most were in the
$1400-$1500 range.
So, I had a brain storm. (Hurricane Kate relived) We are going to sell the
pickup (it's tired-we'll buy a new one out there) and drive out. Not only
Tach Problems03 Nov 2003 18:50 GMT2
I just received and installed a white face gauge cluster into my 92, but
there's a small problem.  Most of the time, the tach doesn't work, but every
now and then, the tach will come on and work for a little bit.  I took the
dash back apart, and there aren't any loose connections, ...

Bye-bye '96...maybe03 Nov 2003 16:00 GMT12
Friday night I was driving out of town on a single lane road, a ricer
apparently didn't like that he couldn't pass me before his lane ended (was
moving into my lane, too, without signaling...he must have been
intoxicated), tailgated me for about a quarter mile, before launching into ...
Lincoln Mark VII Rear Disc Swap onto '67 Mustang03 Nov 2003 06:45 GMT1
About 2 months ago in Mustang Monthly's issue on all the mods for classic
stangs, they said '84-'88 Lincoln Mark VII rear disc brakes will easily swap
onto 8" or 9" rear axles.
Has anyone tried this and exactly how "easy" is it?
And the award for...03 Nov 2003 06:30 GMT12
