I'm about to install some power door locak actuators in my 95 as it did
not come with power locks.
Now I have found two schematics. One states to connect the alarm unlock
wire to pin 85 on the unlock relay and the alarm lock wire to pin 85 on

hi all, i have a somewhat strange problem, a friend is restoring a '69
mustang fastback(not sure if it is an original mach 1 or not, i
haven't checked vin yet). anyhow this car was brought to him stripped
(interior and lights ect.) the body is done and painted but many

I have 96 cobra with 50,000miles.
What is the most mileage on one of these engines anyone has seen.
I was figuring about 150k should be attainable with frequent oil changes.

I have posted here before but someone is trying to confuse me with the above
subject.  My stock exhaust on my 1985GT is starting to leak and basically I
want to go from the stock headers into 2.5" pipes.......no

I have installed the Pertronix igniter and the coil.  In the coils
instructions it say to remove the resistor.  Looking at the schematic it
shows it on the dash side of the firewall in line with the ignition switch.
Without tearing the dash apart to find it, where is the first place ...

Hopefully it's starter teeth, but it might be some of the ones on the
flywheel. Is there a way to tell without any dissassembly?
Anybody have time or cost estimates or where to look on either, I've
been website searching for about an hour with no luck.

Anyone know how the factory in dash tach operates in a '69 Mustang? I dont
see a wire going to the negative side of the coil. I have a wire diagram and
it doesnt show a tach wire at the coil either. Mine works, but I dont know
how it could, and I want to use it with a Mallory ign ...

an upcoming project.  The wife decided she likes my mustang but I don't WANT
her to like it...so I have decided to put one together for her for next

69 351W edelbrock performer everything and 600cfm carb with elec
choke.
ruled out timing problems, she fired right up at 5*BTDC, had to turn
distributor to where i usually do for best idle, adjusted the carb

Nope. Installed a new vapor canister purge valve this morning, but it does
NOT solve the P1443 code. :-(
It was looking good for awhile, too! Frickin' CEL stayed off for over two
hours, but a few minutes ago BINGO it's back!!!!!
