I'm looking for some good links or suggestion on installing a new or
upgrading the suspension on a 71-73 Mustang.  I'm looking for a project car
and plan to put a low compression, blown 351 into it,(set back a little like
a Boss 351 to get a better weight balance) but I really would ...

Today in the parking lot two guys in an early '60s Barracuda pulled in and

when he upgraded to an electronic ignition it made the ...

Finally picked up my '8511 Apr 2004 04:09 GMT2
Went back home last weekend to pick up the '85 that I bought from a friend.
I had had it towed to my bro's house where it was waiting for me under
cover.  My friend said it "needed a starter relay".  I've learned not to
trust this friend when it comes to these matters.  After ...

Hi, I have the 2 volume factory repair manual, and it is ever so
detailed and informative.
It has 50 pages of multimeter testing procedures for the front seat
electrical controls, for example.

motor longevity question10 Apr 2004 22:07 GMT5
This question came up on our local call-in car talk show regarding what
the longevity would be of a rebuilt carbureted v8 raised on today's oils
and additives.
In the 60s, of course, a v8 had an effective lifespan of about 100k

Was just at my Ford dealer and saw a 2004 Mystic Cobra sitting on the lot.
Had the Factory Sticker in the window along with a hanging "Special" sign on
the mirror ... looks like he's selling it for straight sticker.  $32k I
think.

should change you oil, with a new car, is after the first 500 miles.
The second time you should change your oil, is 1,500 miles later.
After that, 3,000 is the standard.  Bearing all of this in mind, I
