I have an 89 GT vert AOD.  O/R H-pipes, Flow40's, 3.73 gear, sub frame
connectors, K&M air filter,  still more to come.
I am thinking about putting in a shift kit.  I just don't know that much
about them.  Will the tranny shift real hard?

1970 F250 pickup with a 390 in it. I want to take the 390 out of the truck
rebuild it and then drop it in my Mustang. What is involved with this engine

I have an 89 AOD tranny that I rebult and I did not replace the torque
converter this time. On the test drive I found that only first and
second works any ideas. For information this is the third Ford tranny
