Need Quiet Exhaust for GT22 Jul 2004 08:39 GMT13
I would like to change out the stock headers and exhaust system on my
convertable 2003 GT 4.6 Mustang.  Problem is that it's a convertible
and I do not wish to increase the noise level.  Is there a way to add
headers and higher performance exhaust and have really quiet mufflers?

Best for everyday driving GT, M1 or Cobra?21 Jul 2004 23:14 GMT37
Brand new to Mustangs . . . before I start looking very seriously for a
2003+ model. What's the general consensus (is that possible on usernet
<g>). Currently drive 2 cars a Ford Ranger (used for daily schleps
around town and to work) and an older Porsche 911 (used for fun trips
Changed the Intake Manifold on my 85 GT21 Jul 2004 22:28 GMT1
Well need some more advice from all you knowledgeable fellow Stang lovers.
My intake gasket went on my 1985 Mustang GT.  I decided since we are going
to replace the gasket, might as well replace the intake also.  So I picked
up an Edelbrock Perfomer Manifold (PN#2121) which is non ...

At Duke University, there were four sophomores taking Chemistry and

that the weekend before finals, they decided to visit some friends and
have a big party.  They had a great time, but after all the hearty
The Urban Legend Continues . . .21 Jul 2004 19:11 GMT9
Car Craft continues to fuel the debate!  Was the 68 Mustang W Code real, or
was it just a pre-production news leak?  On page 26 of their August issue,
"Top 10 List - Best Years for the Ford Mustang", Car Craft listed the 68
Mustang as #7 out of 10.  In the write up of the 68 they ...

Of course my 289 is built, with a hotter cam.
So it puked rusted radiator fluid all over my engine compartment last
