Canada and methanol21 Jul 2004 08:45 GMT2
Some politicians here and interested parties (those who make it) are
pushing a 10% methanol content for gas.  It's cleaner, claimed to be
cheaper (???).  However, Sunoco pumps states "contains up to 10% methanol"
right now.  Is Sunoco the only company doing this??

After Market Buckets for 65 FB21 Jul 2004 07:04 GMT3
Looking at aftermarket bucket seats for 65 fb. Looked at Procars,
Flofit, Recarro, etc. Heard bad rap on Flofits. Looking for inputs on
some good seats for cross country (ie need good lumbar support). Would
like to maintain the original upholstry look (65 black standard).

Went and did those to. Steeda alloys

premieum overtime yesterday killed that, and the gears.
95 Cobra 5.0 tweaking20 Jul 2004 20:20 GMT6
A friend just sold his 92 5.0LX and turned around and ran into a 95 Cobra
5.0 SVT, lucky bastard.... haha...
Anyway, he's looking for some short, simple, cheap, tweaks to push up the
performance a bit... not that it's at all lacking in that department....
Replace VIN tag20 Jul 2004 20:17 GMT3
Restoring my '66 coupe.  It just came back from the sandblasters the
other day, and the mental midgets there even sandblasted the VIN plate
on the door frame.  It's still totally readable, just missing a good
part of the black background.
Toronto's beserker gas pricing of late20 Jul 2004 17:53 GMT4
Has competition finally come to gas pricing in Canada?

Over the course of the week, gas prices have oscillated between
$0.68/litre to $0.84/litre.  That represents a difference in

'88 LX headlights not working?20 Jul 2004 14:32 GMT4
The headlights (low beams) on my '88 LX have suddenly stopped working.
The high beams, turn signals, brake lights, etc. all work just no low
beams.
I pulled the bulbs to check the filaments and had to replace one side
