| Sagging door (again) | 30 Aug 2004 08:44 GMT | 3 |
I bought the hinge repair kit, pin and two bushings. I cut the old pin and got it out but I don't see how to replace the bushings since they fit between the hinge pieces. Does the door actually have to be removed or is there something else I am not seeing? It's the lower hinge, ...

| Story about EGR cleaning | 29 Aug 2004 21:52 GMT | 3 |
When I ran my OBD codes for the first time, I got a 33 and 34 (relating to EGR function). My first action was to pull off the EGR valve and see what it looked like inside. It was almost completely (~ 95%) full of carbon coking, and the pintle would not move. I soaked it in carb ...

| Hey, V'ger, what about those tires? | 29 Aug 2004 06:05 GMT | 4 |
In your sig, I noticed you use KDWS tires. I'm getting ready to buy tires for my Cobra, and I can't find anything other than sales pitches. My car weighs around 2200#, and should make somewhere around 525hp. Will those tires handle that kind of power?

| Light Blue Mach 1 | 28 Aug 2004 03:41 GMT | 4 |
I saw a late model ('01 or'02 maybe?)Mach 1 at a Mustang show this summer that was a light blue color, much like what I have heard refered to as Grabber Blue. Is this a current Mach 1 color? Didn't see it listed on the current years options. If it is a current color then what ...

| Stereo in glove box | 28 Aug 2004 02:53 GMT | 5 |
Hi, not long ago I saw a 67 Mustang with a CD receiver in the glove box. It had a remote so it was a slick way to improve the tunes without carving the dash. I want to do the same with mine, leaving the working AM radio fully intact.

| Emissions Testing | 27 Aug 2004 19:20 GMT | 8 |
I just got my emissions tested today on my 2002 GT and I was surprised how easy it was. I was expecting them to have to hook up the sensors to the exhaust but they just hooked up to the computer (without me even seeing them do it) and they were all done within 30 seconds. So I ...

I need an oem AC knob for a 93. I'm not sure what years had the same style knob as 93; I'm thinking 91-93? Is that right? Anyway, if anyone has one, let me know how much you want for it. Thanks,

| Has anyone bought 50resto's leather or vinyl upholstery | 27 Aug 2004 15:31 GMT | 9 |
Particularly, for 87-93? I like the look of the "custom" upholstery kit that they list for $569 (vinyl) or $899 (leather). But I hate to buy it sight-unseen, unless I can at least get feedback from others who have bought it.

| 5.0 Thunderbird hesitation | 27 Aug 2004 03:48 GMT | 10 |
I'm having some minor problems with my 5.0l in my 88'bird. In park, when I rev the engine, I get some hesitation/skipping/popping at certain rpm. It starts off around 1200, disappears about 1800-2000, then comes back harder from 2300-2600 rpm. But ONLY during those times. Will go
