I have a 3.5 ton floor jack that I think was like $99. It's about 5 years old. It worked great when I first got it, but within a year, it had gotten where I can no longer smoothly lower the jack when it has a load on it. (I can still lower it smoothly if it has no load.) If I

| 302 Vavletrain adjustment. | 18 Aug 2004 22:52 GMT | 3 |
On the stock hydraulic roller lifters with adjustable rockers and guide plates in the 302 how is the valve lash set? I have read that you tighten the rocker until the pushrod does not turn by finger and then go 3/4 of a turn past this. I am installing new lifters and
