I am putting my car away for Winter this weekend.  I was wondering if
there is anything that I should do to the car before I put it away.  It
is a 99 Mustang Convertable GT if that helps any.  I want to make sure
it is cared for and won't have many problems when I go to start it ...

I've bought a Bullitt suspension kit (struts, shocks, springs and front
& rear sway bars), and I'm going to be calling around local shops to
get it installed.

I have tried changing gas and it does not stop the pinging and rattling.  I
talked to the parts counter at our local Ford dealer and he told me to pull
the negative cable from the battery for 10 to 20 minutes then run the car
hard for 30 miles.  Another said I needed a small gasket ...

Apparently the leather seats on my car, stock, are made up of two parts:
frame and covers.
I say this because I had assumed it was more like one whole part per seat.

I have a '00 GT with 63K miles. The driver-side seatbelt stopped retracting
about 6 months ago. It is really annoying me now. Someone at work mentioned

I have a 1990 GT that was running perfectly until I changed the battery. I am
assuming the computer memory was erased when the battery was changed, but I
cannot get the car to relearn how to idle properly.
I have disconnected the negative terminal a couple times and gave the car

Ford may be holding them back to check quality before shipment. The
engines were defective and will released in January.

The Mitsubishi Spyder uses two electric motors and gear boxes to operate the
convertible top. Has anyone ever removed these from a car and if so, would you
explain how access is gained to them?
