Well the V6 pricing and options are now on  Edmunds.com so it must be coming
out soon ?  Nothing on Edmunds however on the GT so the cylinder head problem
must be causing  a big delay ??   Anybody got an update on that issue ?
drive/driven gears for 3.73 in a 94 GT29 Sep 2004 00:47 GMT7
I'm running stock size tires, but have 3.73 gears installed, and my speedo
is way off.  To keep the stock 8 tooth drive gear, I need to use a 24 tooth
driven gear... does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes these?  If not,
I'll have to drop to a 6 or 7 tooth drive gear to ...

Thought I'd report in that my 95 GT just hit 100,000 miles last weekend.

Getting closer to completition.  One thing learned is nobody who's written on
these conversions is 100% correct.  When this project is completed I'll post
what worked.
My SIL2B found Hedmann headers for the project and they fit...very tightly

arnold signs smog bill27 Sep 2004 19:11 GMT7
Schwarzenegger yesterday signed two smog bills that will affect
Californians in the pocketbook. One of them alters the law that exempts
30+ year-old vehicles from smog checks. HOWEVER, it does NOT affect cars
made before 1975, so our gas-guzzling, polution-spewing muscle cars are

I recently again drove my brother-in-law's 97 SS Camaro after a few
years, and while I would hate to tell him or his father this, it's an
utter piece of sh.t.  It now has 110,000 on it.  I feel badly they still
have a couple years left to pay off the note.  They keep putting ...
2K GT stalls when cold during humid/hot days27 Sep 2004 03:55 GMT12
Sometimes when I start the car in the morning, it will stall unless I
keep my foot on the accelerator for 10 minutes or so. It seems to
happen only during hot/humid weather. There is no smoke or engine
vibration (all cylinders seem to be kicking in). If it was a gas or
O2 sensor lifespan?26 Sep 2004 23:42 GMT6
What is the expected lifespan for an O2 sensor, assuming you have a
healthy engine?  Any recommendations for manfacturers... go with the
OEM?  I don't know when the last time I replaced the one in my Tempo was
(maybe 40-50k ago), and my wife's Saturn has 57k on it.  Gas mileage ...
