| Bullit wheels on the 2005 | 08 Feb 2005 04:29 GMT | 3 |
Anyone see the Mustang commercials during the Super Bowl last night? The 2005 Mustang convertible they showed had Bullit wheels on it. I don't think that was an option for 2005. Was it? Or did Ford resign themselves to the fact that the wheels on the new GT look like sh.t.

| 5 lug conversion | 08 Feb 2005 03:29 GMT | 4 |
OK I did it. I converted my 88 Fox body convert. to 5 lug- SN95 spindles, calipers, and rotors, 5 lug rear axles and drums. Here's my question: with the new SN95 calipers, my brakes are very spongy. I have bled them very well. What gives? I'm pretty sure that the new calipers ...

| Super Bowl commercials | 08 Feb 2005 03:28 GMT | 7 |
Not even OT! Everyone saw the '05 convertible commercial "Green Light" shown two times nearly back-to-back during the third quarter, right? Well, *I* thought it was funny... So good they had to show it twice! :)

| bracketry for serpentine conversion | 08 Feb 2005 02:39 GMT | 5 |
I want to convert a V belt 302 to a serpentine belt. The motor will have a '79 - '03 Ford A/C compressor. I already have a reverse flow water pump. No smog pump and no power steering. Other than going with an expen$sive March pulley system, what off the

| Auction Observation about a Mustang | 08 Feb 2005 01:13 GMT | 6 |
At Hershey in October they also had an auction going on. In the evening my brother and I wander through the cars for sale and we spent some time watching the auction. I saw a regular 68 (or 67) coupe 'sell' for $30,000. I figured this car

| Thinking about new springs.. | 07 Feb 2005 22:12 GMT | 23 |
Just wanted to get an opinion from some experts... I've been driving my other baby, an '04 Nissan 350Z alot lately, and the handling in my mustang just seems sloppy in comparisson. I was thinking of throwing on some new springs to maybe improve the feel a bit...

| Salt; Dangerous as HELL | 07 Feb 2005 20:07 GMT | 33 |
I took my Mach-1 out the other day. The roads were dry, no apparent contamination. I'm going along at a fair clip and shift from 3-4 WITH traction control engaged and my rear

| OT: Daytime running lights. | 07 Feb 2005 17:25 GMT | 9 |
Anyone know how to disable them on a 2001 Crown Vic or on a 2002 GMC Sierra P/U. Both vehicles are being used for patrol in my agency and I would like to be able to run the vehicle with the lights off. Thanks,

I have the crate GT-40 engine in my '88 notch back coupe along with other goodies (MAC shorties, BBK cats, aluminum driveshaft, Auburn 3.83, 32 spline axles, 4-wheel disk brakes, etc.). I'd like to know if I should O- ring the heads prior to installing a (approx) 14LB boost ...
