Need a little help! What position should the syncro's be in when installing shift forks? When I put the forks&cover on, I can't position the shift rod to install the roll pin.

I'm trying to remoce the "carpeting" in the trunk of my convirtilble GT to add some sound proofing. Is there a way to remove the clips that hold the carpet in place with out destroying them? When I try to pry them off, they only come out so far.

i have a stock 2000 gt 4.6 with magnaflow cat-backs. no other modifications at all. i was wondering if shorty headers would do anything for power or sound. the cat-backs made a very noticible difference.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! It's been a while. Job promotion and Baby has had me so occupied. Still have my 66 Mustang, now stabled with a modified 2005 Dodge Magnum RT, yes it has the Hemi. The stang feels lonely in a stable of Dodges, Magnum, Durango, and Dakota.

There's a hole in the carpet centered directly under the driver's seat with a wire coming out of it with a plug on the end. It looks factory. Anybody know what this is for? I can't find it in the manual. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the seat belt because I can see
