| Mustang versus Vette | 24 Mar 2005 00:02 GMT | 41 |
Say I take a Vette, that costs $45,000 when new. Then I take a Mustang GT, that costs $27,000. Then I put $18,000 into the Mustang. Which is now the better car?

| Oh, HAPPY DAY (sort of) | 23 Mar 2005 15:39 GMT | 23 |
Stopped for a photo shoot this morning. The local Ford dealer has TWO 2005 convertibles on the lot - both black, but one with a black top, one with a tan top. Both are sixes, but DAMN they look good.

| Replacing motor in 1968 coupe? | 23 Mar 2005 04:08 GMT | 7 |
Well, since I want to be able to restore the '68 back to stock pretty easily, what are my engine options? I've heard that the 351C/351W is a drop-in for this car. I've also heard that a bigger (390, 429 and 460) motor requires modification like moving the shock towers up front.

I do not know how you call the pin-looking thingie the hatch latch grabs to lock the hatch, but I think I may need a new one: http://www.kudria.com/projects/vehicles/mustang/images/90LX_striker.jpg Is that a dealer-only item or I can get it anywhere?
