Anyone have the chassis dimensions for a 67?03 Apr 2005 05:39 GMT10
When I took out the rear trunk floors, it seems the frame rails have
shifted themselves. I'm at a loss as to where they are supposed to be. I
saw a picture awhile ago but can't seem to locate it again. Thanks!

Exhaust replacement on 1985 Mustang GT.....How long should it take?02 Apr 2005 22:51 GMT4
Well I bought a full exhaust system for my 85.  Flowtech headers, Off-Road H
pipe, and an American Thunder Cat-Back System from Flowmaster.  I brought it
to a mechanic lastnight so he could do the work today on it.  He started
mid-morning and will only be finished tomorrow morning.  ...

My power steering pump ceased, and broke a stud...02 Apr 2005 15:29 GMT3
The stud is broken off flush with the engine.  There are only two, so
this makes it pretty important to get fixed.
Can you give me any advice on how to get the stud out and replaced?

98 Cobra, engine hesitation...help?02 Apr 2005 12:52 GMT6
My 98 Cobra (~65k miles) recently started having engine hesitation at
low RPMS when accelerating under load.  For example, 3rd gear, <1500
rpms or so, and accelerate, and the car will stutter severely, jerking
the car forward and back.  Once you get over 1700 rpms or so,
The salt is almost gone...02 Apr 2005 03:51 GMT7
From Toronto streets.  We had our first rainstorm today,
not much of one though.  However, Sat. looks like a possible
return to snow, and I'm hoping not much, not enough for them
to bring out the frigging salt trucks again.
Ford Motor Shifts Gears?02 Apr 2005 02:57 GMT16
It appears that Ford has finally started to get it, well, at least one
part of the puzzle.  And this part of the puzzle says that business as
usual, doesn't cut it in today's hyper-competitive market.  The market
wants continual improvement, not the old plan of design a vehicle and
Oh yeah...You have to see this video02 Apr 2005 02:50 GMT1
My wife gleamed this off of her scrapbooking website.
Awesome video...but I a don't think the SuperBowl would have allowed it.

alternator belt replacement on 93 2.3L01 Apr 2005 13:12 GMT7
Just bought this 93 LX coupe with 132k.  Runs great, needs a little TLC,
mainly cleaning and such, but the alternator squeels wthe belt (smoke
visible) when you first start the engine.  Sometimes 1 sec, sometimes 10-15
sec's.  I want to replace the belt, but have never dealt with ...
I GOT ONE!01 Apr 2005 05:41 GMT34
Stopped by the dealer, and the car was still three weeks away. :(
But then they did something Real Nice. :)
The swapped a nearly identical car off the lot and gave me the same
sticker deal as my order. This one was a tad more because it had the
99 GT Front brake upgrade01 Apr 2005 05:32 GMT2
Are the slotted disks worth the extra money? We were looking into a brake
problem and found the rotor was broken! The wheel lug plate had separated
from the disk part.
Anyway, we now need new disks, pads, etc. We certainly want to go with a
