Stupid question -- wax and glass molding27 Apr 2005 18:06 GMT14
So, I feel really dumb asking, but the 05 is giving me grief with this, and
ive never had to deal with it before...
After waxing (mother's) my paint, some got on the plastic trim around the
glass.. it dries white, and is annoying as hell. I tried wiping, and i tried
Two kinds of idiots27 Apr 2005 17:24 GMT184
The kind who will NEVER realize that merging on a highway
isn't like moving away from a traffic light and who think
40mph can mix with 60mph without problems.
The other kind seem to think it's "impressive" to do that

No Cobra, No Ford?27 Apr 2005 10:11 GMT8
I thought this stat was very interesting.
"Ninety-two percent of (Mustang) Cobra customers wouldn't have
considered a Ford product," Thai-Tang said.

PING: Tim (Musttanguy) -- URGENT27 Apr 2005 05:22 GMT3
Tim,
I need anti-rattle clips for my brakes... needed 'em for a long time now,
but just finally getting around to doing something about it. I need 'em for
all 4. Do you have these available? Autozone has "kits" for front & back...
Automatic door locks27 Apr 2005 04:17 GMT10
The automatic door lock on the passanger side in my 2000 Ford Mustang is
not working. When it is locked the only way to unlock the door is by
pulling the handle.  Even if I push the door lock/unlock button in the
car, it will not move.   I was told it will cost $250 to have the ...
Hurc ast.. pls call me ! my dog misses you.27 Apr 2005 01:41 GMT10
I have to admit, that I only gave you the $5.00 to suck my dog off for
entertainment, but damnit, now he walks around howling, and humping the air
all day!
He misses your mouth!   I've tried giving him several bitches in heat, but
how useful is that spoiler on my 96 GT vert?27 Apr 2005 00:25 GMT30
OK...
Today I backed into a tree and caused some damage to my rear spoiler.
I noticed when I open my trunk there are two *visible* screws in the trunk
lid that appear to be all that holds on the spoiler. Does anyone know if

'88 Convertible Sunvisors26 Apr 2005 09:22 GMT1
I own a 1988 LX 5.0 convertible with a broken passenger sunvisor.  It
froze up and wouldn't raise or lower and jammed half way down where it
would grab you right in the forehead in a crash.
I ordered a new pair from Sacramento Mustang but I'm not quite sure
Fuel filter was garbage26 Apr 2005 05:33 GMT10
Hi all.  Quick Ford truck question here - yes, I've posted in alt.ford but
this can't hurt, many of you here are quite knowledgeable.
Okay, my 1980 351M Bronco runs like a dream. Until recently.
It started running like crap so a little work later it was discovered that

1966 Mustang - Cancelling Cam25 Apr 2005 20:06 GMT3
I think I may need to replace the cancelling cam in my '66 coupe. Is this
something easy to do for someone that has never done it before?
'05 GT Gas tank replaced25 Apr 2005 11:58 GMT16
My GT would take gas only at the slowest setting, or require hand feeding at a
slooooow rate.
Based on a post I read here, I took it to the local dealer and complained. They
looked the problem up on the Ford line, saw that it was a known problem, and
Victory at last25 Apr 2005 08:03 GMT4
I've been trying to clear a code 1443 for the last year. Even thought my
mechanic had it licked at one point but the CEL kept coming back. So I
started replacing things one  at a time. 1st came the rubber tubing the CEL
and code came back. 2nd came the vapor canister purge solenoid ...
