He was my step brother, we were never close, but this is pretty cool I
thought.
He was only around when I was a little Kate.
It was my OTHER brother that got me into cars, he races too.

re: 87 mustang
One of my front wheels is locking up under moderate braking. It's much
more noticeable when the ground is wet. I've installed a rebuilt
caliper on that wheel and its still acting the same. What would be the

Idiotic "mechanics"21 May 2005 02:09 GMT30
I know enough to avoid Jiffy-Lube and such. Found a clean and somewhat
upscale garage a few years back and have been taking in my GT every 3K
miles or so.
For some reason, their computer does not show correct capacity and they
Liquid Clay21 May 2005 00:57 GMT31
I'm looking for a shop that sells "Glare Liquid Clay".
My 02 White GT's finish is taking a beating and a car wash attendant said I
need to have my car's finish restored using a clay bar or liquid clay.
Normally I would compound the car but the guy said compounding would affect
Remove, or not remove that is the question (Air Silencer)20 May 2005 21:45 GMT7
Anyone have an opinion on removing the silencer from a 99-03(4) GT?
I have read where you gain nothing, +5 RWHP, and -5 RWHP. I went ahead and
pulled mine off the other day, and I swear that while she's louder she
feels a little more sluggish. Now I'm wondering if I should put it ...
OFF TOPIC GM crap20 May 2005 16:57 GMT6
I know a lot of you have tow vehicles and trucks as well as mustangs. What's
your honest opinion of the chev 6.5 Diesel? I mean 94 - 2000 models - (93
had mechanical pump) I'm looking at a 94 Crewcab 4x4 with the 6.5 TD 5 sp. I
know the powerstroke and cummins both have more grunt. ...
rattle on 96 GT when going over bumps20 May 2005 14:39 GMT17
I'm hearing a rattle when I go over bumps... kind of like some suspension
piece is loose.
Seems to be coming from underneath the car.
Cursory exam shows nothing loose.
