| High mileage mustang | 13 Sep 2005 01:32 GMT | 2 |
Just wanted to get you input regarding mileage limitations on a mustang. I have a 95 GT with about 212000 miles on it that so far has not needed any major engine repairs. The transmission was rebuilt around 175K miles (but I was told that's expected). Just curious to see how much ...

| 1996 Soft Top HELP!! | 12 Sep 2005 23:29 GMT | 3 |
I just traded in my Civic for this used 1996 Mustang GT Convertible. I've never owned a convertible before, so I'm new at this soft top deal. The roof is fine going down, but when going back up, the right side meets the right hole, but the left side needs some serious pushing to get ...

| Production Rant | 12 Sep 2005 23:26 GMT | 8 |
You'd think that Ford would recognise that they have a winner on their hands with the new Mustang and *increase* production to meet demand. I've been toying with the idea of picking up a new GT and supercharging it for a weekend car and dealer after dealer has attempted to charge ...

| High gas prices - a windfall | 12 Sep 2005 23:10 GMT | 2 |
Guess who makes out when the price of gas shoots up? The credit card companies charge a flat percentage of the price of the gas sold (usually 2-3%). So, when gas prices change from $2.50/gal to $3.50/gal, the Amex/Visa/MC/etc. gang love it. Arrrgh.

| Restoring the "silvering" on a 69 mustang | 12 Sep 2005 04:18 GMT | 9 |
Is there a way for the novice restorer to touch up or restore the silvering on the dash trim pieces? Over the years it has been worn off from cleaning and age. Does anyone know what color of silver should be used? Thanks in advance.

| Boss Striping | 12 Sep 2005 01:39 GMT | 1 |

| front swaybar/lowering springs | 11 Sep 2005 23:47 GMT | 2 |
While the springs in my '89 are original (and nicely sagged ~1") something popped up by surprise lately. After installing '95 front spindles so I could install the PBRs from my '00 GT I noticed at the next oil change that the swaybar had been

| It's a done deal | 11 Sep 2005 22:03 GMT | 18 |
I picked up my Liberty yesterday. They had to bring it all the way from Kansas city. Someone was test driving my Mustang before we even finished the deal and went home.

| gASS rape continues | 11 Sep 2005 05:49 GMT | 30 |
So, oil is down to about $64/barrel, and the last time it was that price, gasoline was $3.25/gallon (U.S./U.S.gals) in Canada. Now, it's still near $5. The oil companies are RAKING it in as are the refiners.

Are you just pretending to be a moron or are you the real deal? Personally, I think you're a fake. Nobody can be that big of an idiot & spell correctly. Doesn't take much to get you off does it?

| Exhaust questions for 90 GT | 10 Sep 2005 23:29 GMT | 1 |
I have a 90 GT with Motorsport 1 5/8" unequal shorty headers, aftermarket H-pipe with hi-flow cats (2 instead of the stock cat/pre-cat setup), 2 chamber Flowmasters, and turndowns. While I upgraded my whole exhaust system for performance gains, I went
