I have a 1972 Mustang with a 4-Speed Toploader. The clutch pedal does not return by itself all of the way. After I depress it to the floor and then remove my foot, the pedal only returns about 3/4 of the way back. I have to put my foot under the pedal and pull it back up and

1994 mustang.. i replaced the throttle position switch, adjusted the throttle screw. still idles between 1500 to 2000 rpms can anyone tell me how to fix this problem???
