| What's your brake pad preference? | 31 Jan 2006 03:46 GMT | 5 |
Time for some new front pads...Raybestos or Hawk? Never tried the Hawk pads, heard good things about them. Probably going to try them, so the more pertinent question is: Ceramic or semi-metallic?

| Out of step... | 31 Jan 2006 02:48 GMT | 40 |
Bless me, Mother, for I have sinned. It's been 12 years since I last even SAT in a new Mustang. Yes, it occurs to me that this is true - I haven't been inside a Mustang newer than 1993.

| power steering pump question? | 29 Jan 2006 23:24 GMT | 1 |
I just rebuilt the front end on my 70 mustang, all new parts including steering components. When driving the steering feels a little tight......like there's no power steering. How do you check the pump for psi reading?

| Hello all! How I miss my Mustang! | 28 Jan 2006 18:41 GMT | 22 |
Hey everyone, it's been a long time since I been to this newsgroup! I used to be the proud owner of 1993 black gt with 3.73 gears and a A-Trim Vortec :-). That was my baby for so many years until grandma crushed it and it was totalled. It has about 95k original miles on it and ...

| motor mounts | 28 Jan 2006 07:54 GMT | 1 |
I am needing new motor mounts for a 93 LX coupe w/2.3 and auto. Autozone lists the left only. Ford has 'em listed at about 120.00 each. Does anyone have an alternate source.... I can find all sorts of 5.0 mounts, 2.3's seem to be scarce.

| Tirerack.com | 28 Jan 2006 01:52 GMT | 1 |
I've seen their ads, anywhere from 4- to 8-page spreads, but never thought to actually give them a try. I don't know what possessed me this time... I like the BF Goodrich KDWS tires. My last set had a pretty good life, but the fronts, especially, had worn badly. Good. Time for new ...

I love it. Ethanol use "might" reduce greenhouse gasses by 10-15%. If you believe those gasses matter, that is. Cellulose solution costs a GREAT DEAL more than corn or oil, but lets do it anyway. Sweden is doing it. What does a litre of fuel cost in Sweden? About

I have been reading this group for about a year and I find it informative and intertaining. I am restoring a 1965 convt. and need some help on the power steering. When I got the mustang home, it was missing the the belt on the power steering. I put a belt on and added fluid to ...

| 2000 Mustang Coupe | 27 Jan 2006 20:50 GMT | 5 |
I just got this car from her original owner last week. But today, when I tried to open the door with the key (instead of the key fob), it didn't work. The weird thing is, I could open the trunk and start the engine with this key, but just couldn't open the door with it.

I'm in the process of restoring a 70 Mach 1 and want to spray it Grabber Orange. Does anyone know of a modern paint code that is a close match? What are your opinion on metallic paint on vintage Mustangs?

| Towing a Pony | 26 Jan 2006 05:09 GMT | 4 |
I'm in the AF and will be transferring to Missouri soon. "Problem" is, I have 4 vehicles and 3 drivers--my Pony spends most of it's time in the garage, my son drives his Mustang everyday and my wife and I operate the other 2 vehicles regularly. All 4 vehicles are rear wheel ...
