My '95 mustang has a jerky acceleration when it warms up and car shakes when I'm sitting at red light. When I start the car it runs ok but it gets worse when the car warms up. I replaced spark plugs, put in injector cleaner into gas but that didn't help. Does anybody have any ideas?

Can someone please tell me which port is the low-side on a 1996 mustang? Assume i'm a complete idiot and have no idea how A/C works. (Which is half-true -- i'll let you decide which half) Is it the port closest to the firewall or the radiator?
