Town Car to die next year?30 Jun 2006 04:19 GMT9
a wire item today......that the Town Car (made in the Wixom, MI plant)
was thought to be moving to the Ontario Crown Vic/Grand Marquis plant to
save bucks.......but FoMoCo sez they have cancelled plans.  "insiders"
say this may mean the end of Town Car - or all 3 rear-drivers.
90 ford 5.0 mustang transmission problems30 Jun 2006 01:18 GMT1
I have a mustang with 88000 miles  that I just had the transmission rebuilt.
I bought the car and put about 10k on it before  the transmission failure.
When I took out the tranny,  it looks as it had been recently serviced (e.g.
new/rebuilt torque converter and new seals);  I am ...

Im thinking bout putting this on my 89GT.  They are spacers that go on

of a car with them installed?

How do I flush a '94 Mustang coolant system?28 Jun 2006 18:11 GMT1
How do I flush a '94 Mustang coolant system?
I bought a Prestone Flush Kit, and it tells me to cut (!) the heater
hose and insert a plastic T into the break.  Problem is that there
isn't a heater hose long enough to accomplish this.  I don't really
Will cold air intake increase gas milage at all?28 Jun 2006 15:13 GMT1
I'm new to the mustang world and have never moded any car.  I have a V6
2006 stang.  I've been thinking of getting a K&N filter possibly with a
cold air intake kit.  I've had several people mention to me that I'll
get better performance if I do this.  My question here is what type ...
Back to the future28 Jun 2006 03:03 GMT2
I suppose everybody in the world except me knew, but I just noticed
from http://www.fordvehicles.com/cars/mustang/features/specs/ that
the 4.6L 3valve engine is OHV, instead of the SOHC used on earlier
4.6L Mustangs.
Tire Replacement27 Jun 2006 23:06 GMT1
I have a 2001 Mustang GT that needs new tires.  I currently have 49,000
miles on the original tires.  It originally had the Goodyear Eagle
Gatorbacks, but I don't think I want to replace my tires with the
original model.  I looked on tirerack.com to look at possible

break 3 of the bolts, 2 of which are deep inside the timing chain
cover.
These bolts are pretty long, and its hard to tell if they pass through

I am looking at a 1995 Mustang V6 5-speed for my daughter. The lady selling the car is asking $3995 for it. Has 140,000 miles on the clock. Supposedly a well kept Florida car. ¿I was wondering if one of the fine folks here whom has access to a VIN search like carfax or OASIS ...

High gas prices have created a new group of people -
