Mustang car show11 Jul 2006 00:17 GMT2
The wife and I took our Mustang Gt to the local four states mustang corral
car show and we took home second place in the 1996 to 2004 Mustang Gt
convertible class.
Not to bad for an old Mustang.
Goodbye...10 Jul 2006 23:28 GMT6
To the Mustang that is. My 89 GT has been sold. For a measly $3200. Once
again, I have sold my current Mustang to my wife's little brother.
I don't drive it anymore, damn near everything on it is brand new. Figure
someone needs to get some use out of it. All he has is a motorcycle ...

Battle Of the Titans: Ford GT vs Viper10 Jul 2006 15:34 GMT2
The Travel Channel just aired a show about the Ford GT and Dodge Viper.
It was awesome!  They talked about the history of both cars, owners
who race them, and at the end of the show a private owner of each car
meet at a drag strip for a showdown.  I won't tell you the ending, but
1973 Mustang - 351C Surging problem10 Jul 2006 11:59 GMT1
My '73 fastback just had a tuneup & oil change at the local shop,
including new distributor, wires & points.
She runs fine at low speeds, but now at highway speeds (50-60mph, 3K
rpm) the engine surges somewhat.
79-93 5.010 Jul 2006 01:33 GMT3
I'm looking for an 87-93 5.0 Stang for sale.  I would prefer a stock or near stock car, minor mods are ok.  I am in Maryland right now, but will be relocating to Texas at the end of this year.  Depending on the car, I would be willing to pay up to $5,000.  Thanks.

anti-telemarketing thing called privacy director (folks here in the
group may know about it).  Anyway the idea is when someone calls whose
phone does not transmit their name or phone number via caller ID, their
'68 Stang Door Watershields-Which way?09 Jul 2006 03:25 GMT2
I decided to add new watershields(dust shields) to the doors while doing
other work on them. The repro shields I have are brown paper on one side and
slick black on the other side. Should the slick black side go inside or show
outside(toward the interior)?

My friend has a 67 390 GT convertible. He wants to try to find out who
previously owned it. It was a race car and might have some historical value.
Any idea how?

end. It just didn't really look any different. So I yanked them again and
