I'm researching tailpipe options for my 90 GT, and have discovered Flowmaster now makes one thats 3 inches diameter for my car. This interests me, but will I encounter any fit problems? I'm guessing some sort of adapter would be placed between the muffler

Some impressive numbers in the 5.0&SF. They started with a 99 GT with a prepped short block & ported heads; baseline dyno run was 211hp / 248t at the wheels. With the K.B. Blowzilla at 20 psi they made 642h / 648t. This was on 100 octane, with an automatic trans.

One last question, promise :) As I stated, I keep my cars forever which is usually 200/300/400k miles. Currently have a 92 Caprice getting close to 400,000 miles and only engine work I did was new timing chain/gears at about 300k miles.

Hey there, i got an '84 mustang 5.0, 3 spd auto. Problem is that when in reverse, its like it binds up, whenyou give it gas, its like it bogs out, idles fine though. In neutral its kinda in between drive and neutral, if you just drivin along its fine, if you step on it it slips ...

this is what i have come up with: the 5.0l ho was in - 91 - 95 mustangs, t-birds, cougars and mk vii's - it has the firing order of the 5.8l i. e. 13726548
