Has anyone had any problems with their 2005 V6 stang when filling up with petrol? I've heard stories here in the UK that the petrol pumps keep clicking off when trying to fill up, some owners claim to have been there for 20 mins and only manged to squeeze in a few litres.

| Dimmer switch behavior | 17 Apr 2007 04:31 GMT | 1 |
On my '83 GT, when I have the lights on high, I have just the 2 high beam headlights on. This is unlike any car I have ever owned, which all had all 4 headlights on when on high beams. When I pull the stick back to lower the headlights, the low beams come on

| Off Topic: Youtube of my 455 idling | 17 Apr 2007 02:54 GMT | 7 |
For those in the know (or in the care), here's a video I shot this morning after changing out the break-in oil. The inner springs for the valve springs haven't been reinstalled, so the rpm's are being limited.

What is the better choice ???. SCT X-Calibrator or Diablosport Predator. I will install this with a C&L cold air kit. I will buy this as a package from a company like Brenspeed with the custom tune.

| Somebody said something that set me off | 15 Apr 2007 06:39 GMT | 13 |
...and I wrote a damn novel, too long to post here. Whenever a bunch of casual acquaintances get together (like us whipped husbands who get collared into accompanying their wives to a bridal or [shudder] baby shower), the conversation usually centers around safe

| Quandry (For Sale?) '66 Coupe | 14 Apr 2007 19:26 GMT | 12 |
I'm settling my grandmother's estate. My Grandfather's '66 Coupe has to go. It's been sitting since '96 or so. 36k miles but they both drove it into their 80's so it has some bumps and bruises. I have gotten it started and semi-cleaned up just to see what's there. It's

Not a single sales person knew what an EDR was not to speak of disabling it. an Event Data Recorder (EDR) is wired into your cars air bag system. In the event of an air bag deployment this litttle solid state spy will

| Compromise Tires | 13 Apr 2007 20:17 GMT | 5 |
I have a Mustang Bullitt with the original stock tires. They handle very well in the summer; are ok in rain but deadly in snow or on ice. They are loud to the point that it is hard to carry on a conversation at 70 mph.

| Transported car turned out to be worth it | 12 Apr 2007 12:26 GMT | 8 |
I wrote about my concerns in having a '99 Ford Escort trailered down from New York to Philly, and the accompanying quote of $585.00. I wrote about the fact that the car had sat idle for a year, and that the only two things I knew for certain were that the battery was dead and ...

I recently purchased a 1984 Mustang. It currently has 5.0 L engine in it, but i doubt that it's the original motor. The previous owner painted over everything except the glass. How do I find out what my hatchback is? It doesn't have any decals on it. Thanks for your help.
