My brake lights are out on my '68 ragtop. Signals are fine.  Where is
the brake light switch? Thanks in advance for any answers.

As I've never actually taken a look at that newsgroup before, I
decided to skim through just now to see what's up. I was curious about
the guys who sided with Brently. I spent about 15 minutes reading this

I'm currently weighing 423 pounds. Can I still drive

I'm thinking of buying a 1988 Mustang GT. (purchased in 1987)
from it's original owner.

I just purchased a 1996 Mustang GT with some mods. I want to purchase
a cold air intake, is it possible to put a breather filter on the
opening that has a small hose running from the engine to the stock
intake and just eliminate that hose all together, and cover that other

This just happened yesterday. When I put the peddle to the floor (hard)
while doing 60-70 Km/h (Canada) the engine began to sputter very rapidly,
almost felt like it was not getting enough fuel. When I let off the gas

Recwently I've noticed the rear of my GT almost like minor
"fish-tailing" when you wouldn't think it would. Also, i've been
coming to a fairly quick stop, like 50-0 at a stop sign in about a
40-50 yard distance and it sounded like it does when traction-control

Last year the top on our 2000 Mustang convertible started slowing
down, until it would only go up very slowly.  I took it into the local
Ford dealer, they charged me $200, and the top worked pretty close to
normal speed.

You know, driving home on the highway at lunchtime, sticking predominantly
to the center lane of three. Use my turn signal to move left to pass, use it
again to return to the center lane. Good, solid lane discipline.
Then the highway goes from three lanes to two, and I naturally ...

Excuse me all --- I have the urgent need to turn off the internal
lights in a rented Mustang Convertible, it's a very recent model (has
run for only 1,200 miles) before my battery runs dead.

After owning several cars over the years, I have come to the
conclusion my '71 Grande M code with toploader and 9" posi
is the most fun car I have ever driven.
The car my Mustang replaced was a 1978 Cadillac Fleetwood

how easy are they to replace, have one worn, can see how the top two come
out ?
