GIft for Mustang lover19 Oct 2007 06:14 GMT2

and the blade is not just for looks, it's HC steel and exceedingly
usable. I've ordered one of these in stock form for a daily knife, I'll
see how it performs and may goto an S30V blade.
Tires........Mustang Cobra18 Oct 2007 04:48 GMT22
I have a 2002 Cobra and I'm looking for tires that will last longer
than the BF Goodrich soft compound tires. I have a 4.10 gear in it but
I'm not one for laying rubber. Just daily driving finishes off a set
of rear tires in less that 10k miles.

repairing stripped bolt-aluminum manifold17 Oct 2007 02:40 GMT4
I have a stripped valve cover bolt hole on my aluminum manifold on
an FE big block Mustang. My thought is to tap it for the next size
bolt (from 5/16ths to 3/8ths) or put a helicoil repair.
Any better ideas as the manifold is probably worth over $500?

months ago and said all was well.
If any of you have any suggestions, I would certainly appreciate hearing

Worse on the driver side.
I have had it back to the dealer twice.  They cleaned the drains and

Alternator conversion14 Oct 2007 21:48 GMT1
I  am transplanting a 1968 302 V8 into a project car.  There is not enough
clearance to pivot the stock Ford alternator.  Can someone help me with
wiring in the Nippon Denso alternator I just purchased.  It fits in
perfectly.  It has the large screw terminal that I know goes to ...

Just looking through the package of stuff I got with my 'new' 93 Cobra, and

be satisfied for years to come.  Hope I can live that ...
