Carb choice05 Oct 2007 03:46 GMT1
Have a '71 Mustang Grande' with 351C 4V.
Car needs a new carb.  Toploader and 9" rear included.
My choices are a Holley Street Avenger, Edelbrock
Thunder AVS or BG Demon.
One BBL Carburetor Runs Rough at Idle05 Oct 2007 00:20 GMT14
My Friend has a 1965 Mustang 6 Cyl.
He's on his fifth rebuilt carburetor.
The current one is slightly better than the rest, but still
rough.
Depressurize Fuel System04 Oct 2007 18:33 GMT5
I am currently working on my third Fox Body, an 89 LX 5.0
Convertible.  Just as a preventative, I wanted to change my fuel
filter and ran into a problem.  On my earlier ones (92 and 93), you
could depressurize the fuel system by removing the fuse for the fuel
Improves Engine Performance04 Oct 2007 03:25 GMT27
Your local gas station probably offers you 3 levels of gasoline, like
gold, silver and bronze. These typically have different levels of
octane in them and you will generally get a little better mileage for
the more expensive type.
Performance Mufflers for 07 Mustang GT03 Oct 2007 17:38 GMT3
I am contemplating replacing the stock mufflers on my 07 Mustang GT.  I am
not really looking at trying to bump up the HP, I just want to get a nice
rumble out of the car.  Also, does replacing the mufflers with any
aftermarket muffler require a computer reflash?

Moving oil pressure gauge02 Oct 2007 04:13 GMT9
Hi all.  I just purchased a 93 Cobra. Needless to say, I'm in love.
In addition to the usual Ford mods, the last owner put a C&L TB on it, K&N,
fuel pressure indicator, headers, no cats, new exhaust.
But my question is, the oil pressure gauge moves. Always in the safe zone,
Fog Lamps02 Oct 2007 04:12 GMT19
Hello all, I was wondering if there is a way to make the fog lights come on
with the high beams?  I have read threads on the mustang sites but they all
seem to be way over complicated.  Does anyone know how to make this happen?
Thanks Brian
K&N filter Q and a few others02 Oct 2007 00:40 GMT10
Just bought a 93 Mustang with one - the conical ones inside the engine bay.
Looks bigtime dirty. How do I clean it?
Also, the doors squeek something fierce. A little silicon lube does the
trick but once it drips off, it's back. Grease would work better I assume.
