Why No Competition in the 450 and 550 Market?13 Oct 2003 02:16 GMT6
Seems to me that Ford-Chevy-Dodge all compete in the Ranger, F150, F250,
F350 marketplace.  But Ford has the F450, F550 and neither Dodge nor Chevy
seems to have a competitive mdoel.
Am I missing something?
1998 F150 Spark Plug Wires - Help12 Oct 2003 05:01 GMT6
My old spark plugs need to be replaced.  I figured I save a few bucks by
doing  it myself. I pulled on the rubber spark plug cap, but it won't budge.
It seems to be sealed tight against the engine block.  It also seems rather
soft - is there really a spark plug in there? Is there ...

5spd? My current Truck (Dodge Dakota v8 auto 4x4) gets about 10-11 MPG, and
I am looking to sell it and get something a little more economical while
still being a truck.

1992 Ranger--Possible electrical 11 Oct 2003 03:09 GMT4
Before I start tearing things apart and testing everything or taking it into
the garage and having my mechanic connect it to a machine to track a electrical
problem, charge me whether he finds it or not, figured I'd ask.
The problem started with the wipers; don't work when first ...

I'm having a strange problem with my 2003 F250 6.0 Automatic.  Just got

Buying a Ranger for gas mileage, function, basics, etc.10 Oct 2003 20:42 GMT3
Gas mileage, CDN gallons, miles: 2.3 litre Ford Ranger, 2003...
Summer: 35 mpg (CDN) fabulous.  Verified several times over this summer.
The 3.0 litre, 5 speed, even if you baby it and never drive over 55 mph,
will never give you good mileage.

A friend of mine and I were speculating about what you'd have to do to a

Hey gang...
Just took delivery of my 2004 F-350 4x4 regular cab with PowerStroke.  I've
