2002 F150 5.4L fails to start warm - dealer service blows!30 Apr 2004 22:15 GMT4
I love my truck, but about five times in the 2.5 years I've owned it it
fails to start when warm, once or twice after very short drives. 1/2 hour
later it starts on the first hit. It's just about like clockwork, 1/2 hour
and no problems. I've had it into the dealer three times and ...

Have 91 Bronco fullsize 4x4. The left upper and lower balljoints are
getting
kinda sloppy. It has to be fixed in order to get an alignment. I was just
wondering how hard it is to get the balljoints out. I have heard of poeple
Lightning:30 Apr 2004 10:31 GMT1
I have the opportunity to pick up a Ford Lightning for 27k.
It is a brand new 2004.  I guess trucks are moving slow right now.  A local
dealership, and this dealership is kind of large, had a red tag sale last
weekend and sold only 1 truck off of the whole lot.
Aluminum wheels30 Apr 2004 09:24 GMT1
My '97 F250 HD has a set of 8 lug aluminum wheels on it; it's not the
"shinny" ones I've seen like OEM but has the same round holes in the
wheel body. I'm wondering if they are after marker. The rear hub says
"Modern" but I don't seem to fine a web site.  Some of the lug nuts are

Max A/C question30 Apr 2004 05:05 GMT3
I have just purchased a new 2004 F150 Lariat and I'm having problems

truck automatically switches it back to outside air. How can I stop
this, any suggestions.

The AC was converted over to 134a and it blows

Ford Inline 6 Cooling Problem?29 Apr 2004 16:39 GMT4
I've got a 1980 Ford F-100 I bought new in 1980 with an inline 6 and no A/C.
It has always run in the "normal" temperature range until recently when it
started running right on the "cold" line of the gauge.  I thought it was the
thermostat, so I replaced that.  Now, when it's cold ...

cruse oontrol28 Apr 2004 18:11 GMT1
I had a Ranger 96 with a 4. liter  in it until I recently bought a new F150
crew cab.  The cruse control seemed to kept the ranger at a constant speed
even going down hill with out stepping on the brake most the time.  My new
F150 I have noticed doesn't kept the adjusted speed  very ...

I have a 1987 F250 with 351 4 barrel carb and auto transmission.
Drove it into the woods today on a jeep/logger trail (to cut some
downed trees)  and it would stall out when going over just about every
large bump(rocks, logs).
