My 1989 F250 Diesel is idling very roughly and has died while stopped
several times. I've always been able to restart it, but it is happening more
frequently. (Just had a new transmission put in, too).
Which should I replace myself first to try to fix the problem?

I have a sweet 67 f-100 no power brakes.
I took from a good working 74 (im guessing) booster, and rod.
The rod from brake pedal into booster.
I completely rebuilt everything and installed a new master cylinder.

I am about to buy a 2004 F-150 with only 1 key/remote.  Can I order another
