1938 Pickup30 Dec 2004 20:06 GMT3
I've run across a '38 pickup for sale which a friend,who knows a little
about the truck, says has a '48 engine (I haven't had the opportunity to
look under the hood).  In any event, before I become too serious about
this truck, are body/interior parts hard to find?  Have a lot of ...
Where to put CB antenna?30 Dec 2004 00:44 GMT3
Been thinking of putting a CB antenna on the `04 Ranger. But I think the
tolerance between the engine cover and the fender are a bit tight for the
coaxle cable. And The hood bracket is different than what you would find on
a full size truck, it is way inside and has nowhere to ...

I have a 2002 F-150 SuperCrew. (FX4, air, etc...). I also have a small
commuter car. I live in Minnesota and I have heard varying opinions about
leaving my truck plugged in for an extended period of time (upwards of  a
week straight). My truck gets a lot of use during hunting season ...

I have a 97 PSD F250. In trying to get the dash out in order to get to
the defroster vents, BTW does the dash come out as a one piece unit?
Anyway I found a module that is the keyless entry receiver. Now the
manual has no reference to a keyless system for this truck. I am sure

Rewiring fog lamps to day runners27 Dec 2004 03:50 GMT15
It is too cold and wet to look for myself right now, but am wondering if
anyone has accessed the fog lamp switch on an `04 Ranger.
I was thinking, it is off on the passenger side of the stereo. If I accessed
it, I could wire it up to the fuse panel, onto a circuit that is ...

RE: f250 power steering leak25 Dec 2004 18:37 GMT4
Where else might it leak from? I had the same problem and replaced the
hose on my 97 PSD, it was the easist one I have ever replaced BTW. But
I still seem to have a leak. I havn't had time to wash it off
underneath yet, but when I do, any ideas where I should look first.

misc.  I understand that the dash has to be pulled out.  I ...
Weird Symptom25 Dec 2004 13:00 GMT16
Today, I started the truck, ('99 SuperDuty PSD 7.3) let it warm up about
3mins, and started up the road at a normal (easy) pace. Started up a slight
incline, and suddenly lost most of the power, the truck started slowing
down, the service engine soon light came on, and the truck ...
