OK, the problem of the month. I have an '05 250 SD 4x4 ext cab SB with the 5.4l v8 motor. Tonight, when I started it, the truck would not idle. it started fine, not sluggish or long cranking, it just would not hold an idle. It has done this sporadically.

I've had my 99 diesel f250 clutch replaced with a LUK clutch (by the Ford dealer) and now it is so easy to push down and release the pedal I am worried that something is not right. The clutch engages somewhere around the mid swing of the pedal and everything else seems normal, ...

Some times the automatic transmission in my 89 F150 won't up shift into high gear. I have to back off the throttle and punch it again to get it to go. Anybody here have any ideas about what's wrong? Tony

Well, driving south on I-75 north of Bay City MI yesterday put me in a mood for new tires, when I hit that icy patch (at what seemed to be a safe speed for the weather) and eventually spun out in the median with my wife and 3 kids in the truck. No damage, no one hurt, thank God. ...

My 1996 bronco has a clunk the tranny or drive shaft. at stopping and taking off, any way to stop it. is there some way of packing grease in the drive shaft? thanks

Has anyone ever removed that plastic wrap-around thing at the bottom of the front bumper on a 98 F150. I'd like to dispense with it as it interferes with servicing, also I think the truck would look better

Hello, lately I have noticed that the temp gauge on the ceiling of the truck is off by at least 20 degress. Compass seems to be giving the right direction, but how do you recalibrate the temp? Thanks,

F150 302 stalls whenever I start it. I use a stick to keep it idling. It stalls when I go from park to reverse, or change any gear, or go around a sharp corner. Changed the plugs, the rotor and cap, and muffler.
