The hood on my pickup will not release.  Can any one give me

find a diagram or drawing of the mechanism but not even the repair
manual doesn't show this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Beefing up my Ranger's suspension13 Apr 2005 01:23 GMT16
I own a 2000 Ford XLT 4-door 2 -wheel drive. Shocks and springs are
