We're looking at a 1992 F250 with a diesel engine.  Is there anything
in particular we should be aware of with this engine?  Any particular
tests that are not ordinarily done on gas engines?  Any other advice?

With other makes going with the mid sized truck concept, I wonder if Ford
will do the same with the Ranger. Personally, I like a compact truck. Every
weekend I'm hauling something and I'm getting 26 - 28 mpg. Of course, those
who need to pull large trailers need a bigger truck.  ...

I bought a 1994 Lightning engine today (EFI 351W roller motor with iron
GT40 style heads), with the intention of putting it into my 1968 Mustang
coupe.  The coupe is a 289 2bbl with C4 auto tranny, power steering and

Expedition towing capacity24 Jun 2005 03:02 GMT8
Since I shut down my business back in October, I've been thinking
serioulsy about selling my '02 SuperDuty and getting an Expedition..
The one thing stopping me is towing capacity.  I haul toys to the
desert on a utility trailer most trips (about 4,500 lbs total load
