Anyone know why some of the 04 F-150's shake roughly at 50 - 60 mph. Balancing tires repeated doesn't seem to work. Thanks

| 96 Ranger, 3.0L OBDII Code -- Purge Flow Sensor | 29 Jul 2005 19:36 GMT | 1 |
I recently threw the P1443 code, which is "Small Or No Purge Flow Condition", on my 96 Ranger with the 3.0L. I replaced the purge flow sensor and reset the computer. Also, made sure the gas cap was on tight. Reset the computer and drove the vehicle for a while without the check ...

| URGENT: Will 2003 32v 5.4 DOHC engine fir on my 2000 Navi with also DOHC? | 29 Jul 2005 19:08 GMT | 1 |
My 2000 Lincoln Navigator needs an engine swap and was looking for an engine. I found a 5.4L DOHC which is brand new never installed, but its build date is March 2003. My old engine is also a DOHC, but does anyone know if its a direct swap or if it will not work?

| Still having trouble with my 1987 ranger. | 28 Jul 2005 11:09 GMT | 8 |
My 1987 2.9L Ranger 4X4 quit running the other night. I was going 55 mph and it just died. I did not have any spark so I changed out the ignition module. Nothing changed and I still do not have any spark. Any ideas? Several people mentioned the timing belt but I don't think that ...

| Bearings, U-Joints, Grease, Mud, Input? | 28 Jul 2005 04:26 GMT | 1 |
We have a 95' F-150 4x that we have owned for a bout 4 years now. Other than it being a 6 cyl. and ball-less its been a decent truck. Killer is, we live at the end of a two mile dirt road that is steep, rocky in places, red clay mud in places, holes that stay wet/deep for long

| Best way/place to get a cap for a 94 Ranger? | 28 Jul 2005 01:29 GMT | 5 |
I picked up a 94 Ranger last month and it is in great shape, aside from a few things here and there. I love this truck because it gets great gas mileage and does everything I want, but I would really like to get a cap for the back before the winter months.

| Ford Expedition-shaking while accelerating and idling. | 27 Jul 2005 20:49 GMT | 3 |
Once in a while, ususally after it rains. Car shakes when idling and accelerating. It jerks when steping on gas pedal and it doesn’t want to speed. Now the "check engine" light blinks before it stays on. I also have air suspension system, will that contribute to the shaking

| Testers | 27 Jul 2005 07:51 GMT | 4 |
After buying, selling and otherwise horse-trading, I replaced my old two vehicles with two much newer vehicles, a 1997 Ranger SuperCab, and a 2003 Ford Club Wagon van. Now that I'm nearly in the modern era, I was thinking that I'll eventually

| Break-in for Ranger | 27 Jul 2005 06:06 GMT | 3 |
I purchased a new Ranger and I'd like to pull my trailer with it - about 1500 pounds. I've got about 70 miles on the Ranger - any idea how many non-trailer miles I should put on the truck first?

| 04 F150 SUPERCAB | 26 Jul 2005 03:17 GMT | 2 |
Anyone have thoughts on this. 11500 miles, 3 oil changes and now when I stop the steering wheel jumps like no tomorrow. I don't drive the truck hard but it sure feels like I need to have the rotors turned. I could see it if I lived in hilly terain, but I live in the flat desert ...

| '99 Ranger Park Brake seems to freeze up? | 25 Jul 2005 15:51 GMT | 2 |
Today this happened for the 2nd time. I use the park brake every time I park the truck, and today when I released the brake with the little left-knee handle, the brakes did not release. Because I have a 4WD, but in 2WD at the time, I'm assuming the drums are locking up. After ...

| Electric brake controller on 2005 F-150 | 25 Jul 2005 12:32 GMT | 4 |
I recently bought a 2005 F-150 with the 5.4L engine and the factory tow package. This is probably a dumb question but I can't figure out if it has a controller for electric trailer brakes or not. The light/electrical connector at the hitch has the pins for it. Do I need

| Help! 2002 F350 overhead console latch | 25 Jul 2005 00:08 GMT | 7 |
Help! Having been a long time Chevy SUV owner, I've just purchased a 2002 F350 that has the overhead console containing two compartments: one for glasses and the other for a garage door opener. The compartment lids are opened and held closed by a molded-in plastic latch.

| 2003 ford explorerxlt-clicking | 24 Jul 2005 22:16 GMT | 2 |
My explorer started making a clicking noise in driver side back wheel well. I took out the drink holders but can’t figure out where it is coming from. It goes off after about 20 miles or so. It started on July 4th and did it again yesterday. Help!! It is driving me crazy!
