| Ref: 94 Explorer Auto Transmission Leak Problem | 11 Jul 2005 22:28 GMT | 1 |
After looking at the cooling lines I have discovered that they go from metal tubing to rubber and then back to metal. One of the lines is leaking. I think it is the rubber part but I can't see it because it is under the fan shroud. Do you have to remove the fan to get to the ...

| rv7 connector | 11 Jul 2005 21:21 GMT | 6 |
I plugged a trailer into my truck's rv7 connector and found the trailer lights don't work. Check out the trailer. All's OK. Checked out the truck (2003 F250 used purchase) and found the common ground spade is 700 ohms from the chassis. Seems like it should be zero

| 2004 F-150 Towing | 11 Jul 2005 18:34 GMT | 3 |
Recently bought a 2004 F-150 V8 4x2 SuperCrew with the 4.6L / 3.55 ratio. I’m really confused as to how big of a trailer that I can tow. The owners manual says 6200# GVWR. I know what it stands for, but what does the GVWR mean? Should I be looking at a different number?

| 94 Ford Explorer auto transmission problem. | 11 Jul 2005 02:27 GMT | 2 |
My automatic transmission started pumping the fluid out. I was told that it was probably the cooling line that broke. How much of a job is it to replace the cooling line and is it rubber or metal? Thanks for any info. Fred.

| 99 F150 4.6 engine rattle | 08 Jul 2005 22:07 GMT | 3 |
I'm getting a bit of rattling when I apply a little gas until the engine is fully warmed up. It sounds kind of like preignition from bad gas or timing but it goes away if I apply more gas or let it warm up a little more. I haven't tried a higher grade of gas as the truck was ...

I noticed a strong gas odor while driving my 1999 Superduty V-10, which I recently acquired. I checked for fuel line leaks and then looked into the charcoal evap. emm. canister. This canister has one hose going to it from the gas tank to collect vapor and then it just has an open ...

When the 4wd switch on the dash is turned to 4wd, the air vent switches from the dash to the floor and the automatic locking hubs don't lock. When the switch is turned to 2wd it takes a few minutes before the air vents turn back to the dash. It seems that some auto reset circuit
