I have a 88 F-150 with dual tanks, 4.9 EFI. The problem is the rear tank will show that it is full when it is, but once it gets to about half a tank, the needle will dance from full to empty. When it gets to about 1/4 of a tank, it falls to empty and stays there.

I am looking for information for someone and can't seem to find anything. They are looking for some type of wiring diagram for a 1972 Ford F-700. They bought a new motor for it and I think they need help with some of the wiring. Is there any place I can find some wiring

With my 02 Ranger 4l. I change the oil myself, buying the 5 qt. jug of mobil1 5/30 from wal-mart for around $20 and a motocraft filter from autozone for $3.50. Anyone use a mobil1 filter - around $10 - and any opinions?

I have a 88 ranger pickup gas gauge is not working could someone tell me where I would find the fuel sending unit and is it hard to replace?

The gasket needs replacement. Coming out near the front crankshaft pulley. Leaking lots of oil. The local repair shop says the engine must be lifted to replace the gasket and they estimate around $1,000. 4wd, automatic.

I just read that the redesign of the Ford Ranger is now slated for 2010. Let's see---it was once slated for 2005, then 2008, and now it's 2010. For those of you who haven't stopped at your local gas station for a few days, gas is up around .15 cents a gallon. At least to me, a Ford ...

Is anyone getting even the lowest stated fuel economy on the F-150? The range for mine is given as 15-21 hwy, although new and not "broken" in yet I think I am getting approx. 13 hwy.

I just bought a 2005 f250 crew cab 4x4 super duty. I was told to expect 18-24 miles to the gallon, but am averaging around 15. Anybody out there doing any better? What adjustments need to be made? Bud
