it figures the first snow of the season and when I put it in 4wd it doesn't
work.  the lights for 4high and 4low flash  at the same time (6 flashes) and
nothing happens... no noise or vibration nothing, when I'm driving around in
2wd the 4wd lights flash every few minutes.

I have a 1993 F150 w/300ci I6, 5spd manual (R2 Mazda), 3.08 gears, 4x4,
157k miles. I just bought the truck 3 months ago and it seems that the
clutch is slipping now. At lower speeds it seems fine, then at higher
(35+mph) it's slipping more and more, especially going up slight hills ...

I wanted to get a locking fuel cap for my 2005 Ranger Edge. A
salesperson at
Pep boys said they were not made for my vehicle - even Ford did not
have locking fuel caps for the Ranger.

I have a 2001 ford ranger.  My automatic transmission is slipping
slightly, I brought to a local mechanic, he sugguested draining the
tranny fluid, replacing the filter screen and filling it tranny with
10w30 motor oil.  He said he has done this in the past and 99% of the

My radio is no suffering from a known problem, the radio plays, the display
is gone (unless in cold weather). Short of replacing with an after-market
radio, any suggestions?

My 81 does not handle very well despite no obvious problems. Any
suggestions such as where to start replacing parts or any available

My '81 F-100  screeches when I start up, and it usually stops after a
minute or two. Worse in cold weather. This last week LOUD screeches all
the way home from work (20 miles).

able to plow my driveway and tow a 6000 pound boat.  What axle code should I
look for to make sure the truck can tow that much?  Are these years reliable

i could ask about plumbing a vacuum actuated "wolf whistle" to a brand new
2005 3.0 Ford Ranger.  i'm concerned that with all the computer controls a
intermittent vacuum "leak" would weak havoc with the ...
