1998 F150 - just got home went inside the house for 10mins came back out to go off tryed to start the truck it won't start sounds like it has a dead battery but the battery is good- im thinking the prob. is the starter.

My '82 inline 6 always has oil flung around the engine compartment, and the head and valve cover gaskets are always sopping wet, but the oil level (dipstick) is always fine...I hear doing the head might be $500, so that's out, but the valve cover gasket looks like an easy job, with

My longbed '82 has little tabs that are supposed to slide in when you pull the latch up - it seems the problem is at the right side where the "tabs" slide into the truck. Any fixes, besides "get a junkyard replacement"?

I noticed this last that I was getting a clunk when I was starting out on a right hand turn. I had a look this morning and found that the driver side stabilizer/anitsway bar link was loose. The bolt had snapped inside the link so the end of the bar was banging on the top of

Just thought I'd update on the O2 sensor problem I posted on a while back. I was getting periodic P0153 OBDII codes, meaning: 02 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2, Sensor 1) which is the drivers side, pre CAT sensor. I was only getting warnings on this sensor and not both front ones ...
