2000 Ranger Manual Transmission - Getting into 1st gear is a NIGHTMARE!22 Jun 2006 17:43 GMT13
I have a 2000 Ranger 2wd.  Most of the time I have to really fight with
the stick shift to get it into 1st gear.  If I am rolling just
slightly, it usually slips into place without too much pressure on the
shift stick.

however when it came to Fords we never got into one , because my
automotive instructer told us they were too complicated . Chrysler 727s

I'm replacing the 02 sensor in my '96 F250. When I went to the local
NAPA store, the counter guy said I needed 2. I know where the one near
the cat is, that's the one I'm replacing, but I cannot see or find any
other 02 sensor on this truck. By the way, its a 8600+ F250 w/5.8 if

Ford Designed The Ranger To Appeal To Girls and Young Women21 Jun 2006 00:35 GMT8
"Ford Designed The Ranger To Appeal To Girls and Young Women"
This is something I hear occasionally from people that own other
brands, and even some F-series owners.  Immediately I want to just
dismiss it as the old, tired, worn, Ford vs. Chevy vs. Dodge vs. The

Noticed all of a sudden after making a pass on the freeway. Pressure
gage was fine for a few min's then proceeded to drop to zero and just

So I thought. New filter/oil/ sender is still does it. High RPMs
Need to identify engine without stickers19 Jun 2006 04:08 GMT3
My '94 Ranger didn't pass emissions inspection because they said it's
supposed to have an Exhaust Gas Recirculation System but my engine just
didn't have that component on it anywhere. They said it's probably
because a previous owner must have changed out the engine to a

I purchased this truck about a year ago and immediately had a problem with

the gas, the air switches back from defroster to panel.  Anyone know how to
