It's time to haul some plywood.  Any tricks I should know?  A test fit
with a sheet I already have suggests that it will fit between the wheel
wells, but (no surprise) I can either have it flat or the tailgate
closed.  Is there anything I should know to avoid a cameo on the local ...

07' F350 4X4 CC LB Can this be lowered25 Nov 2006 03:03 GMT2
I have seen a few articles about removing axle block spacers to lower the
bed wall height of 4X4's.  The 3 or 4 that I have read address none of the
consequences for this operation.  Are there any?
It seems to drop the bed 2" or 4" is going to have some implications below
1989 Full Size Ford Bronco 5.0L25 Nov 2006 02:54 GMT4
Folks,
This is a first time for me posting here.  I have exhausted all my resources
and can't seem to figure out what's wrong.  I have a 1989 Full Size Bronco
5.0L and when I engage the 4wd (4H) through the shift on the floor I have no
Work Vehicle: best mpg25 Nov 2006 02:48 GMT14
I'm looking at vans and trucks, of course it's going to have to be a
Diesel because I want the best mileage I can get. Where I live, diesel
costs the same as premium gas, so I do not see a gas engine comparing.
Seems like Ford (E350) has the most options (boxes, etc) and

Want to hop up my 4.6 but most parts out there are for the 5.4.  Any
suggestions?
88 F150 351 Idle Issue23 Nov 2006 15:13 GMT3
I just bought this nice XLT Lariet edition 4X4.  150K on the odometer,
apparently 120K on the engine.  Took it to the shop for a major lookover
(don't want the acronym for FORD to come into effect if possible).
replaced oxygen sensor, general tune up, but the bad boy still has a ...
84 fuel problems23 Nov 2006 14:24 GMT4
Hello, my truck won't get fuel to the fuel pump from either tank (dual
tanks) ... I changed the fuel pump then put a short hose from it to a
quart jar of gasoline then fired it up and it runs fine, but how far
can I get on a quart of gas?
F150 oil pan - ok to sand and paint?23 Nov 2006 02:14 GMT10
One of the first things I noted about my then future truck was a lot of
rust on the oil pan.  I have since read that rusting through the pan is
a common problem.  Is there any reason to not sand and paint it?  Any
preference for paint to use?
Transmission22 Nov 2006 17:27 GMT3
Hey all....I own a 2004 F150 Lariet Supercrew.  I bought it new with 3
miles on the odometer.  It has 24K on it and it's still under
warranty.  I don't know if this is a known issue or it's normal.
My transmission will not hold on an upgrade.  I have to ride the
2002 F-150 Heater Core Issue?22 Nov 2006 14:07 GMT4
I have a 2002 Ford F-150 with approx 72,000 miles on it.  The other day I
heard a "sloshing" noise coming from the passenger side front.  I initially
ignored it thinking it would "Go Away".  Unfortunately, it is not "Gone
Away".  So I began investigating today and discovered that ...
looking for folks' ABS thoughts, plz22 Nov 2006 02:07 GMT4
    Hi, all,
My wife and I are looking to get another, relatively inexpensive
vehicle for her.  She's had her eye on several models, most likely a
used Taurus.
Bad ECM?22 Nov 2006 00:09 GMT2
92 F150 5.0. Running like dogmeat, had been flashing Check Engine then Check
Engine came on stable and now does not come on at all EXCEPT when I go to
pull codes, then I get no codes, just a constant check enging light in KOEO
test mode. I'm assuming that this is a bad ECM ...
First non-Ford purchase in 35 years...OT21 Nov 2006 18:53 GMT7
Thanks to Ford turning it's back on American workers by closing US
plants, we just bought a Subaru.  I emailed Ford about their decision
to close domestic plants but no reply from themequals no sale to me.
