my f250 super duty,has a grinding noise at left front wheel,has add on lockouts,noise haptens quite often maybe every 20 minutes,when noise starts you can feel at floor it sort of vibrates,turning 4x4 knob to 4 wheel drive it stops for a while

I want to change out the fuel filter in my 1995 F-150 4x4. I noticed that the filter has a clip on each end. Do you remove the filter by removing the clips and pulling the gas line off of each end. I would appreciate any help or advice.
