I have an 89 f150 it passes on everything but CO at an idle it has all
new vacume hoses plugs and cap and roter. The check engine light isnt
coming on but when i check for codes i get a code for EGR  input to
high. After the first test i replaced the thermostat because the truck

OK vehicle is a 1977 f250 2wd with 351m 400 manual transmission.
Have had the truck for about 2 months now. Ran fantastic from the first day.

OK I know I have 3 fuel pumps one in each tank which are the low
pressure pumps the 3 one is the high pressure pump.
Where is the high pressure pump located on the truck and can i replace

Hey all,
I've got a 96 F-150 XL with the V-8 (the "smaller" one, is it a
4.9L?), manual transmission and 4X4 (manual locking hubs).

i have an 88 full size bronco 4x4 with an automatic transmission. after the
truck  is driven for about a mile the tranmission starts to slip and within

Hopefully somebody here knows where to look or possibly know of a
newgroup like this that deals with Ford engines. I've got a 74 Ford
F-100 with a 360 converted to 390 apx 10 years or 40,00 miles ago. I

Anyone know where the DRL module is on a Canadian 98 Ranger?  Tried
pulling all the relays in the underhood fuse box, and in desperation
even pulled all the fuses there and in the main fuse panel under the
dash.  Ended up unhooking the neg battery terminal until I can get it

I went to the parts store to get some new rotors for my 02 Ranger and the
guy asked me if it's 2 or 4 wheel ABS and needless to say my jaw dropped and
I went uhhhh. Is there an easy way to tell if it's 4 wheel or 2 wheel
without tearing the wheels off? Can you tell by the VIN? ...

Did they ever produce a Ranger with a 302 V8 and if so what year?  I was an
autoshop teacher and have a completely rebuilt 289 that has set in my garage
on an engine stand for several years.  I am now in need of a small pick up
and it seems logical to get one that I can use this ...

Odd problem. It appears that occaisionally the rear brake lights stay
on after turning off the engine and removing the keys. My first
thought is the switch that must be near the actual brake pedal in the
Windstar.

I have a 95 full-sized Bronco, both turn signals stopped working. When
the brakes are applied and the signal activated, the corresponding
brake light goes out.
I checked the fuse and that seems fine. I tried the hazard lights and
