Starting problem F25031 May 2007 15:26 GMT4
I have a F250, 1990, 351, auto. If I turn the ignition switch to RUN
the start relay clicks but the starter motor doesn't run at all. The
battery is new and I replaced the start relay - still the same
problem. Voltage at the battery terminal of the start relay is 12.7;
Convert F250 from V10 to 7.331 May 2007 12:55 GMT14
I have a '01 F250 4x4 with a V10.  I would like to replace it with the 7.3.
I know I need to change a lot of things out, computer, transmission,
drive line, fuel tank, ect.  Has anyone done this or know of anyone who
has?

I have a Ford Ranger 20001.  When I use the air conditioning and/or
vent no air comes out the vent.   It comes out the vents near the
windshield and also at my feet, but not the middle vents.  Any ideas?

Had the truck inspected last week and it passed, but was told it would need
front pads very soon (Backs were fine).  One thing I had noticed was that
about 2-3 months ago, the ABS light came on intermittently and as ...
Decisions, decisions... F150 or Ranger29 May 2007 17:55 GMT9
Howdy all,
On Saturday, I totaled my 2000 Ranger in a really horrible accident and Im
lucky to be here.  I believe that from every bad experience, something good
happens.  In my case, I get to buy a new truck.  Im totally sold on the
F150 rear end gear recommendation?29 May 2007 17:02 GMT27
Hello again
I've been told by several people to consider changing the rear end
gear on my 2wd '86 F150 when I do all the refurbish.  It has the 4.9L
6 cyl, but hoping to drop a free 351m400 in it at the same time!
F350 Diesel Oil Change29 May 2007 04:27 GMT9
I had the oil changed in my 2005 F350 6.0L diesel a month ago.  I had it
done at Sears because I was travelling and the local Ford dealer couldn't
do it for 4 days. I now have an oil leak coming from the drain plug.  The
bottom of the oil pan is stained from about 1 inch in front of ...
Ford F150 XLT Pickup won't start29 May 2007 02:08 GMT3
I have a Ford F150 XLT Pickup 5 cylinder, manual transmission. I
recently replaced the starter, solenoid, and battery. I accidentally
reversed the terminals and I am worried that may be contributing to my
next problem. The starter will turn over. However it won't start. It
When did this happen?28 May 2007 06:35 GMT21
The F100 was a 1000lb capacity truck.  #100=1000lbs=½ton.  The F150
was 1500lbs.  #150=1500lbs=¾ton.  Recently I noticed a F150 commercial
and the capacity for todays F150 is ½ton!  I musta missed the
'transition' somewhere along the line....

Hi group,
A friend of mine at work is experiencing some strange behavior from the

seen this issue before.
Ford Trucks Suck25 May 2007 16:04 GMT7
My Chevy is way better. Plus I look better driving it. Gets 12 miles to
the gallon, and hardly leaks oil at all.

New truck prices25 May 2007 12:59 GMT1
Was at Ford today pricing new trucks. A base 4 cylinder Ranger with AC and a
CD player cost the same as a similar V6 F-150! Adding a V8 to the F-150
really changes the price.
What's the "real world" mileage difference between the base Ranger and a 6
Front Hubs23 May 2007 19:45 GMT12
'99 F350 SuperCrew Dually 4X4

Front hubs, both shot, sealed units apparently, and very expensive.
Anyone replaced these yet?
Adjusting the Camber on 2005 F-15023 May 2007 03:46 GMT6
I've just put the fourth set of tires on the front of my 2005 F-150.
I see camber kits sold online for about $75.00. Can a mechanichally
inclined person do this in their own driveway? Thanks in advance.
