I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. Every now and then my idle will go upwards of a 1000 rpm's. It only happens when I run the air conditioner. It happens every once in a while. After a short while the idle comes back down. I was wondering if anyone had a guess as to what

I need to replace the rotors on my 98 windstar. The shop manual is telling me to remove the lug nuts that hold it in place. I do not see any. Can someone please tell me how to remove the rotors? Also, is there anything special about installing the rotors that I should know about?

On a 2003 Econoline van how is the window trim around the doors removed to keep the clips from destroying the plastic window trim? The way I read the manual you just yank it off and destroy the little ledge in the plastic.

My '97 F150 is intermittantly having issues with releasing the safety lock-out that prevents shifting from Park until after the brake pedal is depressed. When I depress the brake pedal, I still can not shift out of Park.

My 1994 Bronco has power windows. The driver side window started acting up and finally the passenger side is failing. I can put the windows down by pushing the button/switch. They need a helping hand to get them up. The window motor operates erratically.

And....(LOL!) no 2nd gear. It's kind of funny really because in my old 17' U-Haul the shift to second only lasted about five seconds before I go to third. So I didn't really miss it until I discovered one day that it wasn't there any more. So, I guess it's time for a rebuild.
